Daily Macros

A food diary easy enough to actually stick with.

Track what you eat without turning every meal into data entry. Snap a photo and let AI estimate the nutrition, or log your regular meals from your home screen in one tap. Review what it inferred, fix anything that looks off, and move on.

      The app

No food handy? Try one of these:

Your photos are sent to OpenAI for analysis and aren’t stored by Daily Macros. This demo runs right in your browser. The phones are just a replica.

Android first, with an iPhone version planned. Join the waitlist either way.

      How it works

      1. Show it what you ate — Snap a photo. Add a few words if they help; typing is optional.
      2. Check what it inferred — Daily Macros identifies the foods and portions and estimates the nutrition. You can see the assumptions it made.
      3. Fix anything that’s off — Add a clarification or another photo and re-run the analysis.
      4. It’s in your diary — Your daily totals update automatically.

Favourite meals get a one-tap home-screen widget, so most days you never need to open the app at all.

If you haven't logged by your usual mealtime, a reminder nudges you to catch up. Your diary also backs up to your own Google Drive — never to a server of mine — and syncs into Health Connect for any other health app you use.

      What it tracks
